Return & Refund Policy
At maréa, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@marea-lifestyle.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as maréa is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@marea-lifestyle.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or worn. This may include personal care items, beauty tools, intimate accessories, and final sale items.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
